Dear Mr. Gowtham, Thanks for your query. I have gone through your MRI report. Repeated shoulder dislocation can be treated successfully. If there is no bone loss in the glenoid, there is a cuff part of the shoulder joint, arthroscopic treatment can be done. This is done with the help of suture anchors (which are 2.5 mm diameter screws and sutures). You need to be in the hospital for 2-3 days and wear sling for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks movements can be started in the shoulder in a restricted manner. After 6 weeks from the date of surgery you can be free, but you need to do lot of exercises. You are welcome to come for consultation with prior appointment. Please let me know when you can come. You can directly get in touch with me at for appointments. Regards, Dr. David V Rajan Disclaimer: Please note that all of the above information is based on MRI and other medical reports, but a final decision can be arrived at only after observing the patient in person and conducting a clinical assessment.
